Do Americans Approve of Joe Biden?
An updated calculation of the president's approval rating, accounting for each poll's recency, sample size, methodology, and house effects, shows that 56.2% of Americans disapprove of Joe Biden's job performance, while only 36% approve. This is a significant decline from the 53% approval rating he held in January.The four-day poll, which closed on Monday, showed that just 36% of Americans approve of Biden's job performance as president, down from 41% in the previous poll. This is the lowest approval rating of his presidency.

The 05/29/24 Poll of Polls is an average of the following polls: Quinnipiac University (05/24-05/29), Monmouth University (05/25-05/29), Marist College (05/26-05/29), and Emerson College (05/27-05/29).
The results of this poll suggest that Biden's approval rating is continuing to decline. This is likely due to a number of factors, including the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the economic crisis, and the war in Ukraine.
